You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
You must notify us by email at support@femaliboutique.com within this period.
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Femali Boutique will cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or incorrect.
We will offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, personalized products and used items cannot be returned.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank processing time may vary.
