Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes quality inspection, packaging and dispatch preparation.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

European Union – main countries: 6–12 business days
Extended EU regions: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: 6–12 business days

Total estimated delivery time = processing time + delivery time.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance procedures or local carrier conditions.


Shipping Coverage

We ship to countries within the European Economic Area as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Fulfillment location and carrier may vary depending on product availability and destination.


Tracking

A tracking number is provided after dispatch via email notification.

Customers can follow shipment progress directly through the carrier tracking page.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
No additional handling fees will be charged after checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to recipient absence, the carrier may attempt redelivery or provide pickup instructions.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address information, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment.
